Shipping policy

Shipping take 5-7 days business days ( Monday - Friday ) no hair is shipped on weekends or holidays  . Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation of your payment and order . If you order on a non business day Saturday or Sunday your order will not be processed until the next business day and that is when your 5-7 day shipping wait begins . Once your order is shipped and on its way to you , you will receive a tracking number . NO REFUNDS NO EXCHANGES . Your satisfaction is always my goal.

CAN I COLOR THIS HAIR? 
This is 100% virgin human hair that has not been processed is not processed in anyway. You can color the hair, however once Virgin  hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized to prevent dryness. Silicon mix is recommended after bleaching or dying.

HOW LONG DOES THIS HAIR LAST? 
 This hair can last for a long time, the better you take care of it the longer you can have it and reuse it ! Our clients generally use the hair for 6 to 12 months or longer some even 2yrs.
 
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL TEXTURES:
Shampoo and conditioner: silicon mix ( be sure to wash it out properly ) , watch YouTube videos if needed.
